Alto Electronics MicroLED intelligent manufacturing center project officially put into production

On September 16, Alto Electronics announced that the company's Micro LED smart manufacturing center project has recently been officially completed and put into production. It is mainly aimed at the production of high-end Micro LED and micro-pitch display products, further improving the company's high-end display production capacity layout.

According to reports, the intelligent manufacturing center is mainly for the mass production of P0.3-P1.5 high-end micro-pitch ultra-high-definition panels. The production line is equipped with two types of packaging processes, COB and COG. The chip binding accuracy can reach ±5μm, and can adapt to the mass production and customized order needs of Micro LED and Mini LED series products.
