Fuman Micro establishes chip service company

The official website of Qichacha shows that Shenzhen Meridian Chip Services Co., Ltd. was recently established. Its business scope includes: integrated circuit design; electronic product sales; semiconductor discrete device sales; electronic component manufacturing, etc. Qichacha’s equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Fumanwei and others, of which Fumanwei holds 51% of the shares and is the company’s largest shareholder.

In the third quarter of this year, Fuman Micro’s revenue was209 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.19%; in the first three quarters, Fuman Micro’s total revenue was 592 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 19.32%.
It is worth noting that in the first half of this year, Fuman Micro achieved revenue of 123 million yuan in LED lights, LED control and driver chip businesses, a year-on-year increase of 40.99%.
