Glass-based MLEDs are accelerating again, with BOE, Ledman, Vog and Haji working together

Since the beginning of this year, new developments have continued to emerge in the field of MLED glass-based displays. Recently, another company announced that its independently designed 13.5-inch P0.78 glass-based MLED product was officially lit.

Zhejiang Haji Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. announced that the company has completed the development of all processes and first-generation series products in the field of TGV glass-based MLED display, and launched a total of seven products in three categories: MLED direct display, transparent display, and MiP, which are planned to be launched on the market from October. The company said that the production line is expected to enter the mass production stage in the fourth quarter of this year and deliver products to customers.

The product lit this time is a 13.5-inch P0.78 glass-based MLED. Other products include P2 transparent display glass substrate, 0404 TGV MiP, etc., covering direct display, transparent display and packaging.

Haji Semiconductor will build a full-process production line for 4.5-generation TGV glass substrates and MLED modules in November 2025, using 730mm × 920mm glass substrates, and the equipment localization rate exceeds 95%. The company disclosed that the production line covers TGV through-hole processing, metallization and hole filling, fine circuit production, chip transfer and display control system integration and other process links.
