With the gradual implementation of MicroLED terminal products in the past two years, the industry has transitioned from the sample verification stage to the mass production introduction and cost reduction stage. Products already on the market include large-size TVs (Samsung/Hisense/TCL/ Chenxian, etc.), watches (Garmin Fenix 8 Pro MicroLED), car displays (Ams-Osram/Marelli matrix headlights) and AR microdisplays (JBD Hummingbird II), etc. Display applications are blooming in many places. As the first domestic manufacturer to develop and currently the only manufacturer that can mass-produce Micro-LED luminous performance defect detection equipment, the PL photoluminescence product line is the first product launched by Yiben Technology for the market. In just 2 years of commercialization, the company's products have fully covered all domestic leading chip factories, mass transfer factories, panel factories and some microdisplay factories.


In the Micro-LED industry, PL photoluminescence detection equipment and mass transfer/repair equipment are key equipment for the large-scale mass production and cost reduction of Micro-LED. They have become the core technical means for evaluating the luminous performance of chips in the Micro-LED manufacturing process. It took 3 years for Yiben Technology to fully catch up with overseas benchmarking manufacturers such as Japan's Hamamatsu, Japan's Toray and South Korea's Etamax, and received order recognition from mainland China, Taiwan and overseas customers.

Micro-LED substrate and epitaxial testing equipment



As the MicroLED industry enters mass production, the industry's requirements for wafer yield and cost continue to increase, and a large number of LED chip back-end failures are caused by initial substrate surface defects or poor epitaxial layer growth, especially as the chip size becomes smaller and smaller, even falling below 5 μm (such as AR micro-display applications).(used), its sensitivity to epitaxial layer defects is getting higher and higher, and there are many types of subsurface crystal defects that cannot be detected using traditional detection methods.

AOI transfer displacement and defect detection equipment



Chip defect detection and measurement in Micro-LED scenarios have obvious industry characteristics: huge amount of data, small defect size, sensitive location information, and extremely high detection rhythm requirements. For traditional AOI manufacturers, entering the Micro-LED scene and providing products supported by traditional machine vision technology is completely unable to meet customer needs.
