Tesla LED drive-in cinema opens for trial in Los Angeles, USA

On July 20, Tesla's first "Supercharger Diner" officially launched its trial operation in Los Angeles, including the Hollywood restaurant and Supercharger station. The most eye-catching thing is that the super charging station is equipped with two 45-foot LED car theater screens, integrating LED movie screens with charging services.

The Tesla Supercharging Restaurant is equipped with 80 V4 supercharging piles. Movies and video audio played on two LED movie screens can be played simultaneously from the speakers inside the Tesla car. In addition, car owners can directly use the screen in the Tesla car to Order food from the menu, which includes fast food like burgers, French fries, wings, hot dogs, milkshakes, sandwiches and more.

This restaurant was conceived by Tesla CEO Elon Musk in 2018. The design was inspired by drive-in restaurants in the 1950s, incorporating some retro elements. Features such as a large movie screen, waiters on roller skates and a classic gourmet menu. You can also see Tesla’s “Optimus Prime” humanoid robot working as a waiter and selling popcorn at the scene.
