The standard seminar on

On the afternoon of September 26, the standard seminar on "Technical Specifications for Environmental Quality Control Evaluation of Mini/Micro LED Processes" was successfully held in the Baoan Conference Hall of the Shenzhen Lighting and Display Engineering Industry Association. This meeting adopted the "on-site + online" combination mode. Relevant provincial and municipal authorities, technical expert Deng Chuanzi of the China Institute of Metrology, Zeng Xiaolan, president of the Shenzhen Lighting and Display Engineering Industry Association, and many other guests attended.

In addition, more than 40 key companies from the upper, middle and lower reaches of the industry chain attended the meeting online and offline, including: semiconductor/LED equipment manufacturers such as Han's Semiconductor, Haimusing, Xinyichang, Ada Semiconductor, and Smart Cube, as well as China Star Optoelectronics, Nationstar Semiconductor, Lisian Semiconductor, Beijing Representatives from Oriental Huacan Optoelectronics, Sanan Electronics, Zhaochi Co., Ltd., Ruifeng Optoelectronics, Hongli Display, Nationstar Optoelectronics, Jufei Optoelectronics, TCL CSOT, Unilumin Technology, Leyard, Alto Electronics, Ledman Optoelectronics, Chuangxian Optoelectronics, CVTE, Huanwang Technology, Foshan Lighting, Yiwei Technology, Altai Display and other companies.

At the meeting, Deng Chuanzi, an expert from the China Institute of Metrology, gave a detailed explanation of the standard project plan.

This meeting focused on technical discussions on the standard project "Technical Specifications for Environmental Quality Control Evaluation of Mini/Micro LED Processes" (working discussion draft). The discussion process was chaired by Jing Fajun, chief engineer of the Shenzhen Lighting and Display Engineering Industry Association. Participants focused on the key indicators of various process environmental conditions in the standards.

The main framework of this standard includes the Mini/Micro LED process environmental quality evaluation system (evaluation indicators and scoring system, evaluation methods), evaluation indicator quality control requirements, indicator verification methods, evaluation processes, continuous improvement mechanisms, etc. The indicator system plans three types of indicators, namely basic, special and risk, based on three aspects: entry threshold, quantitative scoring and forward-looking warning; the "entropy weight-TOPSIS method" is adopted to build a quality evaluation model. The continuous improvement mechanism focuses on data collection, monitoring and data management of process environment control elements, as well as the introduction and implementation path of quality management systems for small and medium-sized enterprises.

The Shenzhen Lighting and Display Engineering Industry Association will further integrate the results of the seminar and jointly standardize the project team to revise and improve the "Technical Specifications for Environmental Quality Control Evaluation of Mini/Micro LED Processes" to accelerate the advancement of the standard into follow-up stages such as soliciting opinions and reviewing. At the same time, in order to build a more scientific and complete industry standard system, we sincerely invite upstream and downstream enterprises in the industry chain to join the standardization construction work and jointly create an industrial ecology of "standards-led, innovation-driven, and coordinated development".
