On October 25, 2025, “Let AI Shine—Unilumin Group’s 21st Anniversary AI Forum and New Product Launch” was grandly held in Unilumin Daya Bay Science and Technology Park (Huizhou).

The event brought together more than 400 guests including Unilumin’s ecological partners, investors, and media representatives from around the world to discuss the path to industrialization of AI intelligence and witness the latest achievements and breakthroughs of Unilumin’s LED+AI strategy. At the meeting, Zhouming signed a contract with Zhipu and Yuanke Vision to establish a joint venture company. The name of the joint venture is Zhixian Robot Technology Company.

The AI era is coming, and the display industry is reaching an inflection point. Unilumin takes the lead in elevating "LED+AI" to the group's top strategic level and establishes a wholly-owned AI subsidiary with independent accounting. In his speech, Unilumin Group Chairman Lin Mingfeng pointed out that 2025 is a key node for accelerating the implementation of AI. At the scene, Mei Zhimin, Vice President of Unilumin Group, proposed the second growth curve of "intelligent display robots" and released the "4321" solution system to fully implement scenarios such as government affairs, education, exhibition halls and marketing. This conference invited a number of leading companies in the field of AI intelligent technology to participate, demonstrating Unilumin's achievements and layout in the ecological construction of "intelligent display robots".

Hu Yunhua, Vice President of Zhipu, emphasized that GLM-4.5, the latest flagship model of Zhipu, realizes the native integration of reasoning, code and agent capabilities in a single model for the first time, and has multi-modal capabilities such as multi-round dialogue, virtual interaction, data analysis and search enhancement. At the scene, Li Yuchen, Vice President of Unilumin Group, shared the innovative practice of Unilumin’s “AI + smart light pole” in urban construction. He pointed out that smart light poles are becoming the city's "digital nerve endings", using AI algorithms to drive the intelligent linkage of lighting, transportation, security, environmental monitoring and other systems. The Unilumin smart street lighting platform connected to the Hongmeng system has built a city-level "digital skin" in scenarios such as smart parks, smart transportation, and smart government affairs.

At the event site, Unilumin Technology officially signed a contract with Zhipu and Yuanke Vision and reached a cooperation. The three parties jointly invested in the establishment of Shenzhen Smart Display Robot Co., Ltd.

The new company will use technology collaboration to build an innovative ecosystem in the field of AI smart terminals, provide full-chain support from vertical model training to software and hardware integration for AI smart terminals, promote the implementation of "display embodiment" of AI smart bodies in government affairs, education, conferences, cultural tourism and other scenarios, and help the intelligent upgrade of the optical display industry.
