On June 10, Chunzhong Technology issued an announcement announcing that the company had successfully completed all industrial and commercial change registration procedures through the delisting of the Beijing Equity Exchange and the transfer of 24% of the equity of Tongfang Industrial Information Technology Co., Ltd. The subject company has now been officially renamed Huateng Qingchuang Technology Co., Ltd.

In this transaction, in addition to Chunzhong Technology acquiring 24% of the equity, the company's director Mr. Zhang Junfeng simultaneously transferred 20% of the equity, and the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller's spouse, Ms. Liu Jiali, received 36% of the equity.

It is reported that Tongfang Industrial Information is a holding subsidiary of Tongfang Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CNNC. It was established in 2016 with a registered capital of 120 million yuan. The company's main business covers large-screen display systems, high-definition video conferencing systems, command and control system integration, technical support services and other sectors.

In 2024, Tongfang Industrial Information will achieve operating income of 174 million yuan. It has built multiple production bases in Wuxi, Jiangsu, Jiujiang, Jiangxi, Ulanqab, Inner Mongolia and other places, and its technical service support network covers major provinces and cities across the country.

Chunzhong Technology was founded in 2011 and listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2018. It is a professional audio and video display and control system solution provider. The company has long been deeply involved in the four core scenarios of command and control centers, intelligent conference rooms, commercial applications and artificial intelligence applications, and its business covers four major product series: professional audio-visual, virtual reality, artificial intelligence and professional chips.

According to the first quarter report of 2026 disclosed by the company, the operating income during the reporting period was 44.5754 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.88%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company reached 1.7098 million yuan, successfully turning losses into profits. The performance improvement mainly benefited from the revenue driven by the continued growth in the sales of self-developed chips.

The company stated that the three self-developed chips of Hanshuo, Zeus and Thor are currently in the critical stage of market promotion verification and mass production preparation. In the future, they will continue to expand application scenarios based on market feedback and customer needs.
