Huike shares increased capital to 7.41 billion yuan

Tianyancha App shows that Huike recently completed the industrial and commercial registered capital change registration, and the registered capital increased from 6.568 billion yuan to 7.407 billion yuan, an increase of approximately 12.78%.

This change in registered capital is related to Huike's initial public offering of A shares and the full exercise of the over-allotment option. According to the company's IPO-related announcement, all new shares were issued and no transfer of old shares was involved; after the over-allotment option was exercised in full, the company's total share capital further increased.

In June this year, Huike officially landed on the main board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The funds raised from this IPO are planned to be invested in the Changsha Oxide R&D and industrialization project, Changsha new OLED R&D and upgrade project, Mianyang Mini LED intelligent manufacturing project, as well as supplement working capital and repay bank loans. The planned investment amounts are 3 billion yuan, 2.5 billion yuan, 2 billion yuan and 1 billion yuan respectively.
