With an investment of over 500 million yuan, the Liansheng Optoelectronics LED device project is expected to be put into operation by the end of April

On April 18th, Rudong announced that the high-end consumer electronics and LED device packaging manufacturing project invested by Jiangsu Liansheng Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. is accelerating construction in the Ruhang Industrial Park of Rudong Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu.  

The total investment of this project exceeds 500 million yuan, of which equipment investment accounts for 300 million yuan, aiming to create an intelligent manufacturing model in the LED packaging field in the Yangtze River Delta region. At present, multiple production lines in the production workshop have entered the trial production stage, and imported equipment such as high-speed surface mount machines and solder paste printing machines have been debugged. Based on the resource accumulation of Jiangxi Ganzhou Smart Lighting Industry Park, this project has significant advantages in industrial chain synergy. Its core products such as backlight modules and intelligent control modules are mainly supplied to industry leaders such as Huawei and Xiaomi.

It is reported that Liansheng Optoelectronics has achieved rapid decoration and production by utilizing local high standard industrial plants. This project has laid out a full range of product matrices including SMD surface mount packaging, IMD packaging, and COB packaging. At present, the layout of 30 production lines has been completed, and it is expected to achieve full production by the end of April. At that time, the COB process core equipment on the first floor will also operate synchronously.

In the future, with 100 LED packaging lines and 5 high-speed SMT lines fully put into use, the factory will achieve efficient operation around the clock, with an estimated annual production capacity of 10 billion LED devices and 25 million electronic SMT components.
