On March 24, Silicone Semiconductor Equipment (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sidelion") was listed on the GEM of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
The total amount of funds raised by Silicon Power Co., Ltd. this time is 545.3755 million yuan, and the net amount of funds raised after deducting issuance expenses is 463.5287 million yuan, which will be used for probe station research and development and industrial base construction projects, sorting machine technology research and development projects, marketing service network upgrade and construction projects, and supplementary working capital.

According to the prospectus, Silicon Power's sorting machine technology R&D fundraising project will be oriented towards Mini/Micro LED applications. By introducing advanced R&D software and hardware equipment, it will establish a fully functional basic research laboratory, a micron-level chip high-precision pickup research laboratory, a micron-level chip massive sorting laboratory and an automation laboratory, and introduce high-end software engineers, mechanical engineers and other R&D talents.
After the implementation of this project, Silicon Power will increase technological research in the fields of high-precision reliability, Mini/Micro LED chip picking and sorting technology, and fully automatic hybrid BIN sorting automatic lines.
