Company personnel complied with regulations during the event and there was no information leakage.

The details of the survey are as follows:

The survey was held in the form of on-site visits and meetings. During the meeting, Secretary Liu introduced the company's business and answered questions from investors. The main content is as follows:

Investor questions:

1. Which manufacturers does the company cooperate with in the field of humanoid robots?

Answer: Its wholly-owned subsidiaries NaturalPoint (NP) and Virtual Point have served many companies in the field of robotics at home and abroad, but they are restricted by confidentiality agreements and cannot be publicly promoted. NP's OptiTrack product is a full-body motion capture system, including a dedicated high-speed, high-resolution tracking camera and optical tracking software. It is the core and most competitive product and technology of the company's AI and spatial computing sector. It can be widely used in VR games, digital film production, drones, biomechanics and life science research and application, simulation and training, vehicle visual design, sports action analysis, industrial measurement and other fields. AI and machine learning services include assembly lines for automotive and aerospace manufacturing, welding robots, robots that scan pipelines and inside nuclear towers, drones that scan aircraft, robots/electronic puppets, robot vacuum cleaners, humanoid robots for housework, and more.

2. What technologies or products does the company mainly provide in the field of humanoid robots, and what are the cooperation models?

Answer: It mainly includes products and technologies in the following aspects, namely: 1) In the field of data, we have been doing motion capture many years ago and have accumulated a very rich amount of humanoid data. Now based on this humanoid data, we adjust it and develop it into a data set for robot training. With the world's leading optitrack optical positioning system, the quality of the data we obtain is very high, and we can continuously provide sustainable data. 2) From a service perspective, one is a data development service, which mainly converts human data into data that can be used by robots. The second part is to provide training services for robots. Whether it is based on real-person data or based on model training, we can already provide it. 3) At the algorithm level, our main solution is to provide spatial perception algorithms, behavioral decision-making algorithms, and limb control algorithms for robots based on the accumulation of spatial computing. 4) From a hardware perspective, we can provide customers with the world's leading optical motion capture equipment, as well as our marker-free motion capture system for motion data collection. In the field of embodied intelligence, our goal is to empower robot manufacturers to create Better robots, so in the future, we will cooperate in depth with more industry partners to promote industrial development. In the process, we will enrich and expand our database and model algorithm capabilities, and contribute to the entry of embodied intelligence into business or home. The current cooperation model is relatively flexible, focusing on providing customized solutions based on customer needs and being result-oriented.

3. What is the company’s sales model?

Answer: The company started with a direct sales model. In 2017, with the sinking of LED small-pitch products, a large-scale channel sales model was launched; currently, the domestic market adopts two sales models: direct sales and channel sales to meet the needs of vertical industry customers and expand the needs of mid-range and sinking markets; overseas markets have higher requirements for product standardization and basically adopt the channel sales model; in addition to direct sales and channel models, leasing and e-commerce models are used as auxiliary models.

4. Could you please introduce the company's overseas market layout and progress?

Answer: The company adheres to the global strategic layout, deeply explores overseas markets, continues to expand overseas influence and visibility, and the proportion of overseas revenue increases year by year. At present, the company has established a European and American market team centered on "American Planar" and an Asian, African and Latin American market team centered on "Hong Kong Leyard".

For the European and American markets, the company acquired Planar of the United States in November 2015, and has since started large-scale promotion of overseas LED displays. In 2024, in the face of the growing demand for rental screens in the European and American markets, as well as the trend of upgrading digital display in transportation hubs, commercial complexes and other scenes, the company officially launched the "dual brand" strategy, adding the "Leyard" brand to the original "Planar" brand to fully cover the high, mid and low-end markets. At the management level, Pingda CEO was replaced, the sales team was expanded, the performance appraisal and incentive mechanism was reshaped, and sales of LED rental screens, outdoor displays, all-in-one machines and other products were increased, laying the foundation for steady business growth.

For the Asian, African and Latin American markets, in 2022, as the cost performance of small-pitch TVs improves, the company will set up an Asian, African and Latin American team to cover the market in a planned and targeted manner. Asia, Africa and Latin America adopt a multi-brand operation strategy, focusing on mid-range and lower-tier market customers. In recent years, market demand in this region has grown rapidly, and the company has continued to increase investment in product research and development, team building, and market expansion. In 2024, the revenue from Asia, Africa and Latin America will account for 34% of overseas smart display revenue, a year-on-year increase of nearly 40%, demonstrating strong development momentum and broad market potential.

In terms of overseas production capacity layout, the company already has a factory in Slovakia and will expand production capacity and production varieties according to market conditions. At the same time, it will also speed up the construction of factories in Saudi Arabia to achieve the export of most products.

5. What is the company's plan for the LED cinema market and its current progress?

Answer: In recent years, the company has increased its efforts to explore the cinema market and product development and certification. In June 2024, the company and China Film Group established a joint venture, China Leyard. Both parties will leverage their respective advantages to continue to deepen product research and development and market expansion for the film industry. At present, Huaxia Leyard's full line of LED movie screens have all passed the two domestic and foreign industry standard certifications of DCI and China Film Science and Technology Institute, truly achieving full-size and full-space effective coverage from VIP halls to giant screen halls, and users can freely choose according to their needs.

In addition to bringing an excellent movie-watching experience to the audience, the LED cinema also breaks through the single function of traditional cinemas and creates a diversified application model. The intelligent lighting system in the cinema supports various scene modes such as conferences, e-sports, and concerts, and can provide diversified viewing needs for different audience groups. For example, the Chinese Super League live broadcast and the 2025 Macau ITTF Men's and Women's World Cup live broadcast have been introduced into the LED cinema to enhance the fans' viewing experience.

As of April 2025, China Leyard's "Huanying Island" LED cinema (HUANtheLED) has signed more than 20 projects across the country. 6. What proportion of the company’s MicroLED revenue does it account for? Will it further increase in the future?

Answer: MicroLED’s proportion of our display segment’s revenue has increased year by year in recent years, accounting for approximately 14% in 2024. In 2025, on the one hand, the company will increase the promotion of Micro LED in domestic and foreign markets, and at the same time, it will continue to expand Micro production capacity to shorten delivery cycles, reduce unit costs through scale effects, and enhance product competitiveness. It is expected that MicroLED will further increase its proportion of revenue and become one of the important driving forces for the company's future growth.

During the event, company personnel strictly followed relevant system regulations, and there was no leakage of undisclosed major information.
