Photomask substrate company Shaoguang Core Materials completed C+ round of financing

According to Jiayuhui news, Shaoguang Core Materials has recently completed the C+ round of financing. Investors include Shangqi Capital, Xicheng Jinrui, Qianhai Fund of Funds, Huafu Jiaye, Hengkun New Materials, Shengang Investment, Yuanhe Holdings, and Jinpu Investment.

Shaoguang Core Materials was formerly a national photomask substrate supporting project, focusing on the research, development, production and sales of photomask substrates and precision optical components. The company is the only company in China that has mastered the core technology of the entire process of quartz photomask substrates and achieved large-scale mass production. It has undertaken a major national-level advanced process mask substrate project, and its products cover the semiconductor and pan-display fields.
