Recently, Weijiu (Suzhou) Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Micro Optoelectronics") The first batch of equipment for the Micro LED pilot line was successfully moved in, and the company team witnessed this key node on site.

High-standard clean rooms form the cornerstone of R&D and production

The pilot line is located in the Nano City Industrial Park and is equipped with a Class 100 clean room. Its factory system has passed multiple rounds of strict debugging to ensure that indicators such as temperature and humidity, air cleanliness, air flow, pressure difference, and ESD meet national standards. The first batch of equipment moved in marks the official launch of the Micro LED pilot line of Micro-Jiu Optoelectronics. This pilot line is mainly oriented to the Micro LED field of AR small size, high PPI and automotive applications, establishing a Micro LED development yield monitoring and improvement system, and solving the bottleneck of Micro LED full-color technology.

The pilot line carries the key mission of leading the industry

The commissioning of the pilot line will further enhance the market competitiveness of Weijiu products, better respond to the growing market demand, and lay the foundation for subsequent mass production. The company has reached cooperation intentions with a number of industry chain customers, and the core products will be gradually introduced to customers after the production line is mass-produced.
