A-share consumer electronics ODM leader invests 1.12 billion in computing power infrastructure

On the evening of August 13, Longqi Technology announced that the company planned to acquire 80% of the equity of Suzhou Enric Information Technology Co., Ltd. with 1.12 billion yuan of its own funds. After the transaction is completed, Enric will become a holding subsidiary of Longqi Technology and be included in the scope of consolidated statements.

Longqi Technology is the leading original design manufacturer of intelligent products in China. The company's main business covers smartphones, tablets, artificial intelligence IoT devices, automotive electronics, AI PC and other fields. It provides one-stop services from R&D and design to production and manufacturing for well-known domestic and foreign brand customers.

At the end brand customer level, as a smart product ODM manufacturer, Longcheer Technology has long provided R&D, design and manufacturing services to many leading consumer electronics and communications brands. Public information shows that its customers include Xiaomi, Lenovo, Samsung, Honor, OPPO, vivo, China Post Communications, China Unicom, China Mobile, etc.

At the chip and computing platform level, in recent years, Longcheer Technology has completed AIPC mass production delivery for Intel, AMD, Qualcomm and other platforms, and has direct product platform cooperation relationships with the above three international chip giants.

This acquisition marks the formal extension of this company, which specializes in end-side hardware, into the field of data center infrastructure.

Enric's equity structure after the transaction

As the acquiree of this transaction, Enric has long been focused on the research and development, manufacturing and system integration of data center infrastructure and key equipment. Its core products include server cabinets, power distribution units, busbars, low-voltage power distribution equipment, etc.

It is reported that the data center contains optical communication equipment such as optical modules, optical switches, and optical fiber distribution frames. The high-density cabinets, intelligent PDUs and busbar systems produced by Suzhou Enric are the underlying physical infrastructure used to install, power supply and protect these optical communication equipment and servers.

At the downstream customer level, Enric serves as a data center infrastructure supplier. Relevant media reports indicate that Enric's products are mainly targeted at overseas markets and have business partnerships with global technology giants such as Microsoft, Meta, and ByteDance.

In terms of product certification, Enric's core products have passed international certifications such as UL and ETL. Its independently developed modular data center products have also obtained Uptime Institute TIER III Ready certification. It is one of the first prefabricated modular data center suppliers in the world to obtain this level of design certification.

With years of accumulation in solution design, customer service and sales channels, Enric has participated in the construction of many large-scale data center projects and established stable customer relationships.

From the perspective of financial performance, Enric will achieve operating income of approximately 622 million yuan in 2025, net profit attributable to the parent company of approximately 94.04 million yuan, and net profit attributable to the parent company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses of approximately 205 million yuan. As of March 31, 2026, the company's net assets were approximately 287 million yuan.

Regarding this transaction, Longqi Technology stated that the company currently has sufficient cash reserves. This transaction uses its own funds and has limited impact on daily cash flow. After the acquisition is completed, Enric will be included in the consolidated statements of Longcheer Technology. The two parties are expected to achieve synergy in customer resources, supply chain systems, production and manufacturing, etc., which will help Longcheer Technology expand revenue sources, diversify operating risks, and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness in the entire intelligent hardware industry chain.
