Domestic led TCON first standard release full chain collaboratively opens up industry incremental space

On March 6th, the first domestic group standard for "TCON based LED display control interface and communication protocol" was officially released during the ISLE 2026 exhibition in Shenzhen. This standard is led by Beijing Jichuang North Technology Co., Ltd. and jointly compiled by Zhouming Technology and more than ten core enterprises in the domestic LED upstream and downstream industry chain. It has been approved and finalized by the China Optical and Optoelectronic Industry Association (referred to as "China Optical Association").
For the first time, the standard has systematically defined the terminology, interface electrical parameters, and communication protocol specifications for core components such as timing controllers, bridges, and drivers in LED display control systems based on TCON solutions, effectively breaking through long-standing technical barriers and collaborative challenges in the industry.
Yao Dahu, Secretary General and Secretary General of the Party Branch of the China Light Association, stated that the construction of a standard system is of great significance for improving production efficiency, ensuring product quality, promoting technological innovation, optimizing industrial structure, promoting industrial synergy, and advancing industrial upgrading. He also called for close cooperation between the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, with innovation as the guide and standards as the guarantee, to jointly assist and serve the construction of a modern industrial system.
