Dongshan Precision passed the Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing hearing

On October 11, according to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Suzhou Dongshan Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. passed the listing hearing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The joint sponsors were UBS Group, Haitong International, GF Securities and CITIC Securities.

Since the beginning of this year, Dongshan Precision has continued to promote work related to listing in Hong Kong: In May, the company submitted an H-share listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange; in September, the company announced that it had received a filing notice for overseas issuance and listing from the China Securities Regulatory Commission and planned to issue no more than 234 million overseas listed ordinary shares.
