Liaoning's first automotive smart display manufacturer goes into production

According to Liaoning Daily, on June 8, Liaoning’s first automotive smart display manufacturer, Yuxin Zhixing’s Shenyang factory, officially went into production. It is reported that this project is also the first cooperation project between TCL Industrial and Brilliance China in the field of automotive intelligence.

According to reports, Yuxin Zhixing’s Shenyang factory has a total construction area of ​​approximately 25,000 square meters, and plans to build 10 SMT production lines and 20 assembly production lines. It mainly produces vehicle-mounted intelligent displays and intelligent cockpit related products. The factory is equipped with automated production lines and testing equipment to form a production system covering R&D, manufacturing and vehicle supporting.

Official data shows that the current automation rate of factory production lines exceeds 85%. With the project put into production, Shenyang will have the ability to manufacture large-scale automotive intelligent display products locally. At this stage, the factory has achieved mass production of car-mounted smart screen products.

From an industrial background, the increasing penetration rate of new energy vehicles and the continuous upgrading of smart cockpit functions are driving the development of in-vehicle display products in the direction of large size, multi-screen and interactivity. As an important hardware carrier for smart cockpits, in-vehicle displays have gradually expanded from traditional instruments and central control displays to passenger entertainment screens, rear displays and multi-screen linkage systems, becoming an important growth area in the automotive electronics industry chain.
