TCL Huaxing G8.6 generation printed OLED project main factory Super Clean ceremony officially launched

On September 17, the launch ceremony of TCL CSOT t8 main factory Super Clean was held in Guangzhou. From the piling in September 2025, to the capping of the plant in May 2026, to the official launch of the Super Clean ceremony, the construction team overcame difficulties and completed various preparations to high standards, laying a solid foundation for the smooth launch of production.

Display manufacturing, cleanliness first. In the printing OLED production line, a clean environment is the bottom line for maintaining product yield and ensuring the stability of the production line. Super Clean involves multiple units such as construction, manufacturing, biotechnology, R&D, and quality. It requires the participation of personnel in all aspects to implement cleanliness requirements in every process and every position. According to the plan, the t8 project Super Clean will cover 420,000 square meters and will take four months to advance. The first area clean acceptance will be completed on October 15. All acceptance will be completed in early January 2027, and FFU will be 100% open.

The t8 project is the first phase of TCL Huaxing's 8.6th generation printed OLED production line, and is planned for mass production in the fourth quarter of 2027. The launch of Super Clean lays a solid environmental foundation for subsequent equipment move-in and high-quality production, and also marks a key step for the t8 project to move towards high-quality production.
