The first domestic AMOLED G8.6 hydrofluoric acid cleaning machine was delivered

Recently, the first domestic G8.6 hydrofluoric acid cleaning machine for AMOLED independently developed by Jingzhou Equipment was successfully delivered to customers.

According to reports, hydrofluoric acid cleaning plays a variety of irreplaceable functions in the display panel manufacturing process. Its cleaning effect is directly related to the final performance, efficiency and stability of the device structure, thereby affecting product yield. It not only needs to remove particles, metal ions and organic residues on the surface of the substrate, but also needs to achieve near-atomic level surface flatness and good passivation to ensure the process reliability of subsequent processes.

Jingzhou Equipment stated that the successful delivery of this equipment marks that the company has fully completed the full-scale wet-process equipment application layout from array, evaporation, box forming, color film to touch.
