With a total investment of over 50 million yuan, Beijing Fangshan will build an LED plant factory

On August 11, the government affairs announcement column in key areas of the official website of the Beijing Fangshan District Government announced the 2022 Fangshan District facility vegetable industry cluster construction project.

According to the requirements of the "Beijing Facility Vegetable Industry Cluster Construction Project and Fund Management Measures (Trial)" and the "Notice on Carrying out the 2022 Renewal of Beijing Facility Vegetable Advantages and Characteristics Industrial Clusters", Fangshan District has undertaken the Fangshan District Facility Vegetable Industry Cluster Construction Project in 2022.

The specific projects and implementation entities were determined through “subject application, township recommendation, meeting decision-making, and expert review”. The specific project is a factory vegetable production and product initial processing construction project, and the implementation entity is Beijing Shoucheng Agricultural Development Co., Ltd.

The total investment of the project is 50.0048 million yuan, of which 12.4 million yuan is central government funds and 37.6048 million yuan is self-raised by the enterprise. The project mainly constructs a plant factory of 6,000 square meters, a processing and packaging workshop of 6,000 square meters, and a refrigerated fresh-keeping warehouse of 6,000 square meters.

The specific construction content is to use central fiscal funds to purchase LED fill lights, photovoltaic facilities, fully automatic modified atmosphere packaging machines, metal inspection machines, refrigeration equipment, purification air conditioners and other equipment for plant factories; use self-raised funds by enterprises to carry out the installation of some equipment and plant infrastructure such as plant factories, clean vegetable processing, refrigeration and fresh-keeping warehouses.
